Natalie Clark Postnatal Doula, Night Doula

Natalie is originally from Burlington and now lives in Flamborough with her husband and their two children. She is fluent in English and French.

She works with families who have welcomed their baby (or babies) into the world. She has received training in infant care, postpartum care (including physical and emotional changes), breastfeeding and bottle-feeding. She believes that every family deserves support and encouragement in those crucial first weeks and months of parenthood.

Her passion is not only in providing in-home care for families, but in educating them on a variety of topics, particularly breastfeeding and sleep. She is there to support, help and empower you. She is there to encourage you to follow your heart.

Tamara Jossa Birth Doula, Lactation Educator

Tamara is the proud owner of True Joy Birth and Babies. She is a labour and birth doula and a lactation educator who dove into this field of work after her own birth experiences. She is passionate about giving back to others.

Tamara lives in Oakville with her husband, three children and fur baby, a Labradoodle named Max. When she isn’t supporting families, you can spot her in ice rinks across town with her two boys, cheering them on in their love of hockey. In the summer months, she’s out and about enjoying the sun with her daughter.

Tamara is excited to share information, provide you with support, and guide you along your journey of parenthood.
