About Me

I grew up in Burlington and now live in Flamborough with my husband and our two children. Aside from my studies and business, I enjoy reading, hiking, exercising and spending time with my family.

My past careers focused on helping others and I found that very fulfilling. However, after the birth of my second child, I knew that an office environment was no longer the right fit for me. A friend mentioned that she was taking a postpartum doula program and that’s when things clicked. I had heard about birth doulas, but not their postpartum counterparts. After some research, I realized what a perfect fit this would be for me.

Ever since I became a mother, I’ve had a passion for childbirth and the postnatal period. I loved listening to other mothers’ birth stories and their journey through parenthood. I felt drawn to these women and it was heartwarming to me to offer them help with breastfeeding and infant care.

I have always had tremendous support from my family. I want to offer that same support to others while utilizing my research-based and hands-on knowledge.

I am a proud member of
